Nose - Waxed lemons, honeysuckle, custard creams, white melon and hay.

Palate - Lemon curd, barley sugar, spiced orange, dry cider and green apple.

Finish - Medium length. Sweet pastry, milk chocolate and a dusting of cinnamon.
