Seven Sons - Single Malt - Aged 8 Years - PX Finish

This release for the Seven Sons range is from a Highland Distillery.

Aged 8 years, 70cl, 57.1% vol

Finished for 2 ½ years in our warehouse in our own 1st fill, American Oak, PX seasoned Quarter Cask.

No chill filtration. Natural colour.

Nose: Demerara, mace, honey, Highland Roast coffee beans, cooked figs and muscovado. 

Palate - Red liquorice, star anise, date syrup, citrus peel, stem ginger and angostura bitters. 

Finish - Sweet and savoury! Medium to long, with clove and mace hanging about.
