Seven Sons - Single Malt - Aged 8 Years - Oloroso Finish

This release for the Seven Sons range is from a Highland Distillery.

Aged 8 years, 70cl, 57.1% vol

Finished for 2 ½ years in our warehouse in our own 1st fill, American Oak, Oloroso seasoned Quarter Cask.

No chill filtration. Natural colour.

Nose: Milk chocolate Powder, dried Apple, honey, oats, light brown sugar and nutmeg.

Palate - Candied walnut, golden sultana with flashes of apricot and cinnamon. 

Finish - Drying following on from the walnut, gently spiced with flashes of cinnamon and ginger. Medium length.
