This release for the Seven Sons range is a Single Malt from a secret North Highlands Distillery.  

Aged 10 years, 70cl, 46.7% vol.

Matured for 10 years in a 1st fill Oloroso Butt.

No chill filtration. Natural colour.

NOSE - Autumnal fruit, cooking chocolate, leather, milky coffee and creme brulee.
PALATE - Fruit and nut chocolate, chicory, walnut and trifle sponge.
FINISH - Medium to long, dry with a sherried sweetness and light oak spice.
