Seven Sons - Blended Scotch Whisky - Aged 11 Years 70cl

A limited release, and the seventh from the Seven Sons range this 11yo Blended Scotch has been curated by our distillery manager Ryan Sutherland. Ryan's first blend has been created using existing Blended Scotch and sherried Single Malt whiskies. 

A mixture of first and refill sherry casks, and refill bourbon that have been married in a European Oak refill sherry butt.

Only 550 bottles available. 

Aged 11 years, 70cl, 46.7% vol

No chill filtration. Natural colour.

Nose: Milk chocolate, oatmeal, jammy wagon wheel, digestive biscuits, toffee doughnut, granny smith.
Palate:  Crisp yet creamy with toffee pennies, nutmeg, clove, cinnamon, grist, chai, golden syrup. Just a drop of water needed, if any.
Finish: Short to medium, the toffee sweetness carries through with cinnamon and a pleasant drying nutmeg note.
