Seven Sons - Blended Scotch Whisky - Aged 11 Years 5cl

A limited release, this 11yo Blended Scotch has been curated by our distillery manager Ryan Sutherland. Ryan's first blend has been created using existing Blended Scotch and sherried Single Malt whiskies. 

A mixture of first and refill sherry casks, and refill bourbon that have been married in a European Oak refill sherry butt.

Aged 11 years, 5cl, 46.7% vol

No chill filtration. Natural colour.

Nose: Milk chocolate, oatmeal, jammy wagon wheel, digestive biscuits, toffee doughnut, ovaltine, granny smith.
Palate:  Crisp yet creamy with toffee pennies, nutmeg, clove, cinnamon, grist, chai, golden syrup. Just a drop of water needed, if any.
Finish: Short to medium, the toffee sweetness carries through with cinnamon and a pleasant drying nutmeg note.
