Matured in a re-fill, sherry seasoned, Hogshead. Aged 12 years, 5cl, 46.7% vol

No chill filtration. Natural colour.

Appearance: Deep Golden

Nose - Christmas nut mix, Portuguese custard tart, porridge oats topped with demerara, Greek yoghurt and honey. Over-ripe apricot notes are also present, with warm brioche. 

Palate - Malt grist, floral beeswax, red fruits, candied hazel and walnuts, leading into warm European oak spices of cinnamon, clove and nutmeg. 

Finish - Medium to long, drying with the oak spice lingering and a slight acidic yet syrupy sweetness towards the end.
