The Behind The Scenes Distillery Tours will be back from Easter 2026. 

If you’re visiting during then winter when we don’t have a tour available, you can order one of our Whisky Flights at the bar in the whisky lounge - just ask the team for details. Flights available from 11:00am.

Step into the heart of 8 Doors Distillery with our exclusive Behind the Scenes tour. You'll get an up-close look at how we craft our whisky, starting in the Distillery Production Area, where we take you through the key stages—Mashing, Fermentation, and Distillation. From there, we’ll guide you into our traditional dunnage-style warehouse, where our casks rest and mature to perfection.

The experience wraps up in our Tasting Room, where you can take in stunning views while enjoying two expressions of our Seven Sons whisky, and discovering the unique character of our Five Ways blended liqueur.

When: Tours start at 12:30pm and typically run on Mondays, Tuesdays, Fridays & Saturdays. Please note that tours are seasonal and run until the end of September. Check the latest availability below.

Group Size: Maximum 10 people per tour
Age: Over 18s only
♿ Accessibility: The majority of the tour is on one level. If required, our Whisky Lounge can be used as an alternative tasting venue to avoid steps—please contact us before booking to discuss any accessibility needs.
